About

Built in Harare for Africa.

iHustle is a product of Bangsoft (Pvt) Ltd. We build software for the markets we live in.

iHustle is a reverse-bidding services marketplace for everyday work — plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, cleaning, garden care, hauling, and much more.

Customers post a job describing what they need. Skilled workers ("hustlers") see the post, place a bid, and negotiate the price directly with the customer. The customer picks the offer that works best for them, the work happens, and a review closes the loop.

Unlike a fixed-price catalogue, iHustle puts pricing in the hands of the people doing the work. A hustler in a quiet week can bid lower; a busy specialist can charge what their schedule is worth. Customers see real options instead of one take-it-or-leave-it number.

Why we built it

Zimbabwe's informal economy is its working economy. Most skilled trades operate outside formal employment, with reputation built through word of mouth. iHustle is the layer that makes that reputation findable beyond a single neighbourhood — without taking a cut of the work, and without forcing hustlers into a fixed catalogue.

What we believe

  • The customer pays no platform fee. The hustler keeps the full agreed price.
  • Reputation is the most valuable thing on the platform. We protect it.
  • Local context wins. We build for Harare first, then Bulawayo, then the wider region.

Where we operate

We launched in Harare and are rolling out across SADC. The platform is single-deployment but country-aware — currency, categories, and verification rules all follow your country.

Who we are

iHustle is built by Bangsoft (Private) Limited, a Zimbabwean software company. We build for the markets we live in.
