Why no commission?
A 10% cut on USD100.00 feels punitive when you're a cash-poor informal-sector worker. It also forces escrow, which forces money-transmission licensing and KYC overhead — a wedge between you and your customer that nobody wins from.
We charge for access (the right to bid), visibility (boosts), and trust (verification). Job payment flows directly between customer and hustler, off-platform — cash, EcoCash, or transfer.
