How it works
Reverse bidding, made simple.
Customers post jobs. Hustlers compete with bids. The best offer wins. No middleman.
If you're a customer
-
STEP 1
Post the job
Title, description, category, photos, location, target budget — or just describe the job in plain words and let AI draft it for you. 60 seconds. For moving / delivery jobs you can pin both pickup and drop-off.
-
STEP 2
Receive bids
Verified hustlers near you bid against your job. You see who, how much, when — alongside a fair-price benchmark so you can spot a good offer.
-
STEP 3
Compare and chat
Open profiles, read ratings, message hustlers, ask the questions you need to ask.
-
STEP 4
Accept a bid
Pick the offer that fits. The hustler is notified and the job is locked.
-
STEP 5
Stay in the loop
Long-running job? Ask for progress reports any time the work is in progress — notes and photos land on the job's timeline.
-
STEP 6
Job done
Work is performed, you mark it done, leave a rating. Pay the hustler directly.
If you're a hustler
-
STEP 1
Set up your profile
ID verification, categories, work area, sample photos. Stand out.
-
STEP 2
Browse open jobs
Filter by category and distance. See the customer's budget and any photos.
-
STEP 3
Place a bid
Quote your price and a short note on availability — or tap “Help me bid” for an AI-drafted, competitively-priced quote. Bids cost lead credits, or run a Hustler Ad campaign for ongoing visibility.
-
STEP 4
Win the job
Get notified when the customer accepts. Confirm scope in chat. Running a crew? Assign it to a team member from your supervisor inbox.
-
STEP 5
Earn the rating
Do great work, get rated, build the reputation that wins your next bid.
Where does iHustle make money?
Customers post for free. They can optionally pay a small fee to feature an urgent job or request progress reports on long-running work. Hustlers pay a small monthly subscription and consume lead credits when they place bids, with optional boosts and ad campaigns for extra visibility. We never take a cut of the work itself.
